I have taught all subjects to a P2 and P6 for a year and is currently giving basic Japanese lessons to a Polytechnic graduate and two working adults. I have one P4 Malay boy and a Eurasian and a Chinese girl from an English speaking family (both P4) studying the Chinese language under my tutorship for 3 years. Ishbel who was always failing from the start getting only 10 marks for her tests, actually improved and required only 1 mark to pass. Currently giving tuition to a P2 Malay boy studying Higher Chinese in Maris Stella for 3 years. My Eurasian student has been with me since P2, she is now in P5. I am also giving basic Chinese lessons to an 44 years old Indian banker. Moreover, my husband is a mainland Chinese national and I converse daily with a lot of Chinese national relatives and friends so I am very updated with the current trends and culture in China including their use of the Chinese language.
I am also able to teach softwares like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash CC as I have 12 years of experience on the usage of these softwares. I can teach basic video and audio editing on Adobe Premiere and Adobe Audition too. Drawing and animating is also one of my forte.
I try to understand the current syllabus and devised my own system of teaching and source for huge amount of resources to create learning materials. For Japanese I created my own set of teaching materials and flash cards to teach students the basic hiragana, katakana and kanji and I used the textb
