How do I receive billing and how do I make payment?
After the first lesson, our manager will give you a call to find out how the lesson went. If you are satisfied with the tutor's service, we will proceed to billing.
We collect half of the first month's tuition fee as commission from you. You will receive the invoice with the StarTutor logo on the envelope and invoice by mail or email. Invoice has the following information on it: the invoice number, customer account number, subjects taught, frequency, duration, tutor details and date of the first lesson.
The mode of payment together with the instruction is found in the invoice.
You may make payment either by mailing a cheque or bank transfer.
