Experience/Remarks

Since 2005, I have helped more than 45 students reach their academic potential. My students have various backgrounds, with differing levels of academic preparedness, but all have a common goal - to get into the course/school they desire. My aim is to help my students achieve their goal.

Class Topping Academic Performance

An alumnus of the Gifted Education Programme (GEP), I attended Hwa Chong Institution and Raffles Junior College, attaining 8 A1s in O levels and 5 Distinctions in A levels. In 2006, I was awarded an A*STAR scholarship, which I chose to decline. In 2011, I graduated from the University of Chicago with First Class Honours in Economics.

How I deliver results

Teaching method - I pitch my lessons at the student's level and increase the difficulty at a manageable pace. My patient approach improves students' motivation to learn.

Essay writing skills - An experienced essay writer and essay competition winner, I help students convey their ideas precisely and succinctly.
