Experience/Remarks

Have 7 years of experience tutoring. Students are mainly in secondary three and above. Believe in using a catered approach to tutoring based on student needs. For 2007, out of the 7 students i tutored, 5 obtained distinctions in POA (A2/A1).

In 2008, out of 5 students that i tutored, all students managed to attain improvement in grades, with 3 students getting distinction. Every year, i usually take in only 5 students for O levels to ensure that they are getting customised help in poa. For 2009, out of the 5 students i have tutored, 4 has obtained distinctions whilst the fifth has obtained a 3 grade improvement

Have also begun to give tuition for poly level accounting and finance. 6 years experience in that level. Generally, i try to assist students to be more confident in answering the questions and teach them the methodology to approaching such questions. Students usually obtain distinction or A grade in final exam.

I am currently also giving economics tuition for jc and polytechnic level. Have 5 years experience in it. For the jc students, i mainly focus on enhancing their essay writing and answering techniques. Students taking A level economics in 2008 generally attain a 2 grade improvement from their initial grades after they have undergone tuition lessons with me.
