Experience/Remarks

I tutored a Primary 3 boy in Mathematics, English and Science for 6 months during my JC days. His indifferent attitude towards learning and academic matters was improved and he began to take more interest in his studies and took his school work more seriously. His foundation in Mathematics was strengthened.

I also taught two Secondary 5 girls in various subjects that they requested help in. They commented that my assistance in Mathematics and Chemistry was indeed comprehensive and of much help.

I tutored 2 secondary four (express) students in english, maths and chemistry for a year. One of them showed great improvement in both his grades as well as attitude towards studies. From C5 grades, he has shown great improvements in the subjects taught, scoring a B3 and As for the 'O'levels. The other student was able to maintain her good grades and gained greater confidence for her 'O' levels.

I believe that the attitude of the student is of utmost importance. He/she must be willing to learn and improve and only then can the tutor make a difference.

Commitment Level

I am currently tutoring 3 primary school students and a secondary school boy.
