Experience/Remarks
I have been teaching primary and secondary studentsfor more than 6 years. Mathematics,English and Tamilaremy strongest subjects and thisis pretty much evident from my PSLE (Math A, English A, Tamil A*) andO'level grades (A1 for Emath, A2 for Amath, A1 for Tamil,B3 for English, & B3 for Higher Tamil). Currently, I have around 14 students. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my students excelling in their academics. Usually, the first lesson will be a good gauge to understand the student's weak and strong areas and to work towards it progressively in the following lessons. The key is to understand and accept that every student is different but talented in his or her own way. So, I always believe that it is my responsibility to identify the student's strengths and weaknesses so as to bring the best out of every student.I tend to use different learning approaches (i.e. focusing more on problem sums if the student is weak in it) to suit various kinds of the student's needs. For example, I might provide the students, who are able to do basic and intermediate level questions, with advanced level questions to further extend their knowledge and application skills. All of my students have greatly improved from failing to even scoring Bs and As. Particularly, my O'level students have excellent improvement in academic results in Emath and Amath (such as Bs and As).
Commitment Level
I am able to start immediately and very committed.
