Experience/Remarks
I was chosen to participate in a "Math Buddy" program in Primary School to teach the weaker students Math. In addition, I was also chosen to teach my classmates in JC1 H2 Math and even my cousins Math and English for lower Primary. I have actually much interest in English, Math and Science in the Primary School Level which I have scored an A in all these subjects in my PSLE. This has further made me pursued a double science combination in Secondary School, and also taking both Additional and Elementary Math.
I am very patient in teaching because I, myself have had tuitions before and I understand the need for teachers to be patient and precise. I am also very committed to make sure the student does well and will provide notes/assignments for the students to do as homework.
Time spent during the tuition will be used to explain and teach the student. If necessary, I will do marking on the spot. If not, I will actually not waste time during the tuition to mark assignments. I always believe that time should be well spent during tuitions and for students to clarify their doubts. I will also be encouraging towards the student and interact with them to make sure that they are happy learning.
Commitment Level
I am able to teach weekdays from 9pm onwards and sundays. From June 11th onwards, I'll have a more flexible weekday and weekend schedule.
