Experience/Remarks
Experienced in tutoring a P5 girl in science and grades improved from C to an A. Also experienced as a Laboratory Assistant in the healthcare industry. Volunteered in Day Care Centre (To take care of children while their parents are away). I also taught a P6 girl maths and science and she got A* for her PSLE for both subjects. I have also helped my peers in school when they needed help and they understood topics much better.
I believe that every student is different in their own way and they have unique qualities. Therefore, different methods should be used to engage students in their studies to make a difference. I always put in my all when it comes to helping people as that is what I'm passionate about. Thus, I hope that I can be of help to the student in need. Sometimes, they just need the extra push to do much better. I am willing to do exactly that in a positive way so that the student don't feel pressurized. There will be a lot of school homework, especially for those taking major exams, but with determination and will, there is a way to complete everything with enough time for revision. During the tuition, I will go through a topic overview first and help in any misconceptions. Every month, I will take a test and monitor the progress of the student. I will make sure if there are any problems in terms of progress, i will take the necessary actions to have a better impact on the student. This will be my plan and I will change if there is a need to during the course
Commitment Level
I can start asap and would prefer timings after 4pm anyday=). Timings are negotiable and flexible so there might not be much problems.
