Experience/Remarks
Experience I have given A/E Maths for O Level tuition for 3 years. My students have done exceptionally well in their O Level Maths. One of my students who was a private candidate in A Maths, first came to me with F9 and in the end got A1 for his A Maths O Level. I have also given JC H2 Maths tuition before, but have stopped teaching since the change of graphic calculator in schools.
Teaching Style I am a patient tutor, I am willing to re-teach what students might have missed out during lessons. On every chapter, I will explain the important points needed for the whole chapter. Then, I will give a few concrete examples. After that, I will give students some questions to do and observe if he/she has understood what I have taught. At the end of the lesson, I will give my students alot of questions for homework (though I try to give students as much questions during the lessons so as to lighten the workload for homework). On the subsequent lessons, I will give my students a timed practice questions to see if he/she has done the homework and to check if the homework are done "blindly". It will required 2hrs for a single lesson. However, parents willing to pay for 1.5hrs are still welcomed.
