Experience/Remarks

3 Years of Experience. I specialize in A level (H1/H2) Maths and Physics.

I strongly believe that excellence is strongly influenced by 3 factors - Academic aptitude, Good grasp of concepts and Practice.

While some may say that the second factor is inherent and inborn, but nevertheless success can be achieved by working hard on the other 2 factors, so not all hope is lost.

Physics and Maths is to understand the underlying concepts and ideas behind each topic. When that is in place, practicing accustoms the student to these concepts and the trend of questions.The idea central to excellence in the maths and sciences lies not in regurgitation, but in understanding each idea absolutely.

I believe knowledge is better registered in the student when it is put to use. Practicing allows the student to remember and apply correctly, making it a vital part of achieving academic success.Both factors work in favor and are indispensable of each other. The common pitfall of students is putting effort to work at only one of them, making success an uphill task.

Having analyzed yearly examination and prelim questions, I will compile practice questions that are fine-tuned to the demands of the examination papers.
