Experience/Remarks

I have had experience teaching fellow schoolmates from Secondary 3 to JC 2 Level in subjects like the Sciences, Mathematics and Accounting. I did not collect a cent from the teachings not because they are fellow schoolmates, but to express my passion to teach and help them improve their results.

I was one of the better few in terms of results in my upper secondary class, so I am able to help my fellow classmates in their studies and I especially took note of one one my buddy who was having difficulties in his Maths. So I helped him to understand the concepts and also point out common mistakes to avoid. Results are not instanteneous, but his results improved from not managing to pass to a B4 in the prelims which majority did not manage to pass. Subsequently, he scored a B3 in the O Levels and went on to the Poly course of his choice.

Also, I remember also classmate of the same class having trouble in her science subjects. After I found out about her troubles, I started to help her in dealing in her weaknesses which is understand the concepts rather than memorizing. Slowly, things get better, results improved and I can see her joy in studying then. From borderline pass to a B4 during Prelims and A1 in the O Levels for the sciences, she went on to pursue A Levels and is an undergraduate now in the course of her desire.

In terms of formal experience, I have none. But I believe that I can bring joy to sttudying and slowly improve the results scored by the students
