Experience/Remarks
During the past three years, I have been teaching students of many different levels. My strength and experience lie very much on teaching JC1, JC2 students H2 physics, H2 maths and H2 chemistry to prepare them for A-Level examinations, teaching Sec 3, Sec 4 students E Maths, A Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Higher Chinese to prepare them for O-Level examinations. The students and their parents have very positive comments on my knowledge, teaching style and attitude. The students have become much more confident with the subjects and are making great progress in their studies. For instance, one of the students had his percentile in common test physics raised from 12% to 64% after tuition. His chemistry percentile had also improved from 26% to 59%. The students think the lessons I have been giving are useful because they have learnt essential knowledge as well as useful examination-oriented skills. However, to guarantee the success of every student, I need the cooperation from students themselves. Besides guiding them in completing their school work, I provide them with extra exercises for practice. They need to complete them diligently as well. The principle I follow in my teaching has always been "Practice makes perfect".
Due to my busy schedule, I can only accept an hourly fee of $40, teaching students of any level.
Commitment Level
I can start asap and will be able to teach a student for at least one full semester. For graduating students, my promise is to bring them till the end of their O-Level or A-Level exams in 2012.
