Experience/Remarks

Taught at Edu-Quest Learning Centre from Sept 05 to end June 06, facilitating the teaching of P1 to 6 students. Teaching at Hanbridge Language School currently, teaching English to foreign students and working adults. Freelance tutoring of students during free time, from P1 to University level. Most subjects taught were English, Mathematics, Science, Mother Tongue. 1.5 years of tutoring experiences. During my emplyment with Zenitant Pte Ltd, I had acted as an Education Consultant, and I had developed Math enrichment programmes closely in tune with the latest 2007 MOE syllabus. Through developing these programmes, I was often placed in workshops and seminars alongside NIE teachers to undergo training of the latest teaching methods and concepts. One of the NIE professors I had worked with was the renowned Dr. Yeap Ban Har, and several outstanding teachers who had also taught me invaluable lessons. Currently, I am undertaking a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Education, hoping to enrich and develop my personal growth, and to further comprehend the concepts underlying the current and future teaching methods employed.
