Experience/Remarks

My tutoring experiences

I have been teaching part time tuition in a private tuition centre since I was Secondary 3. That gives me more than four years of experience. I was teaching mainly lower secondary mathematics and science there. Overall, grades have improved with many jumping from Bs and Cs to As during streaming. This has allowed them to be able to go to the better classes in Secondary 3.

Also, I have taught a Secondary 4 student when I was in Junior College. His physics grade improved from B4 to A1 during his O levels! His english grade also improved greatly, from C5 to B3.

Other than Secondary school students, I have also taught a Primary 5 girl before. Her grades have also improved tremendously. More noticeably, she was able to obtain A* during her end of year exams.

I believe I have the adequate experiences to tutor students well so that they are able to score well in their examinations.

As I currently stay in Yishun, I would prefer to teach in Yishun area so that travelling time is saved.

Commitment Level

I can start asap. Currently working in the day so only able to give tuition in the night.
