Hi, I have been this line for 9 yrs.

Since 9 years ago, I focused mainly on A level students, and such, I am familiar with the current syllabus (H2 9470). I had also taught IB mathematics before. I am also a trained teacher, currently teaching at a top Junior College in Singapore.

Besides A level Mathematics, I can also teach most of the first year undergrad modules in Mathematics.

I did a mathematics major in the university. All the while, my grades has been good (placed on dean's list for 6 consecutive semesters). Thus you can be assured that my knowledge of the subject is more than sufficient. However, also because of this, i only accept A level and/or IB students as the mathematics at such level will be more relevant to me as i am much more capable in helping the students to learn the theories they need to know rather then teaching them repetitive calculations.

My style of teaching focuses on understanding the topics more than routine practicing. This is also ensure that my student knows why he/she is doing the questions this way rather then just following a rigid template of answering questions. Thus, they will be better prepared to deal with the harder questions which require a deeper understanding of the subject. This will also help them gain the required skills to pursue higher level mathematics courses in the future.

Commitment Level

I will always try to follow my students till the end of the academic year.
