Experience/Remarks
I have been teaching in a tuition center located in Yishun.I have taught students from all primary levels.I have taught students from China.I taught them English and Mathematics.After giving them tuition,they have made improvement in their English and Mathematics as they were able to pass the MOE test.
Moreover,I have taught a primary 4 China girl English,Mathematics and Science.She has shown improvement in her English and Mathematics in her SA2 examination.She scored 99 for her Mathematics and was the top in Mathematics in her school.She managed to pass her English after failing for the past few examinations.
In addition,one of my primary 2 boy has made improvement in his Mathematics in his SA2 examination 2008.He scored 100 and was the top in Mathematics.I trained him not to make any careless mistakes in his work since he has got a good foundation in his Mathematics.
I have also taught many primary 6 students.All of them are able to make it to secondary school.My top student scored an aggregate of 249.Most of my students scored an average of 200 plus.
In secondary school,when I was in secondary 2 or 3,I was chosen to tutor primary 6 students in a primary school as I was among the top in Mathematics in my School.I think this was a tough assignment as I had to handle EM3 students.
I am currently studying in Singapore Polytechnic Chemical Engineering year 3 with a cumulative gpa of 3.86 and willing to teach part time.
