Experience/Remarks

Have 7 years of tutoring experience.

Have experience in several JCs doing long term relief teaching in Chemistry. In my term, my 3 classes consistently improved in common tests results and was ranked top 10 out of 20 classes.

Also taught in Secondary school and still in contact with the teachers there, hence understand the syllabus. Previously taught in a music school and am an MOE certified music Teacher.

Experience in coaching beginners to grade 4 piano students.

Currently still teaching 4 piano students.
Currently teaching 2 JC students preparing them for A level Chemistry for 2006 and 1 JC student for A level H2 Chemistry and Physics for 2007

Currently teaching 2 PSLE boys for Maths and Science. Making lessons enjoyable and ensuring participation.
Currently coaching 2 Sec 4 student for their upcoming O level exams in Maths and Science.

I understand that attitude and character matters to a persons success. So i advocate discipline and will reprimand in a manner that encourages yet non destructive when work are not done and results are not shown. I believe in good relationship between the tutor, parents and the tutee. This facilitated co-operation and also cause the students to feel delighted of my arrival of tution, instead of fear and detest. Having taught in JC and Sec school, i met with various types of students and had since acquire the ability to communicate with students of all character and upbringing.
