Experience/Remarks

Since young my ambition is to be a teacher. As the years past, looking at the dedicated teachers that have taught me, my passion for teaching grew. I hope to impart everything I know to the students, nurturing them, and bring out the best in them to contribute to the society. Therefore, I will always look for opportunity to teach. Giving tuition now will allow me to further experience how teaching is really like.

I have worked as a tuition teacher in a tuition centre in yishun for 6months. I have worked with secondary school students ranging from Sec 1-4. I teach A & E Maths, Chemistry, Physics.

In 2008, after just 2 months of tuition, one of my students who never pass her E maths and comb (phys/chem) before, finally pass her O level E maths and comb sci. Another student, got A2 for her E maths and B3 for for comb Sci. Lastly, i have a student who score L1R5 16 points with 4 distinctions (out of which 2 is maths and comb Sci).

In 2009, I've taught 3 O level students 3 months before the O level. 1 of them got L1R5 of 7points, distinctions for E&A Math and Chem. The other 2 got 10points also distinctions in A&E Math, Phys and Chem.
