Graduated with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) in 2007.

Top 10% of nation's cohort for PSLE.

Awarded Academic Merit Award in Primary 4 and a few other Book prizes.

Experience/Remarks

I have had a number of work experiences -internships in legal/banking/customer svcs/real estate fields, which leaves me with no problem interacting with people from diverse walks of life. I have taught several students at varying levels as well, ranging from local students, foreign scholars, and international students. I make sure I do my homework before taking up an assignment because I believe that the tuition fees paid to me must be made worthwhile for both the students and their parents.

To date, I have tutored over 30 students in subjects ranging from maths, science, english and humanities.

Commitment Level

I will be in the UK till June but can start shortly upon notice thereafter when i return to Singapore, and is able to fully commit till the end of sept next year. I would usually prefer to teach my students right up to the end of his/her final examinations, so i'll definitely make time to see them through their exams even if my schedule's really tight! I'm dedicated to my job- often I'd take teaching to a more personal level by inculcating good values in my students and sharing with them my experiences and knowledge. I particularly love teaching younger students, as they're more receptive to learning outside of the school syllabus. It's nice to see the change in their learning attitude in the process!
